About Me
As l bring my 11 years experience, skills and lessons learnt, implementations under my care are bound to be successful. In my career life I have moved from a Support agent through to Implementation specialist to where I am today. I am well aware of what it takes to have a successful implementation and great client satisfaction.
Great implementations and exceptional client service are my objectives and all my clients can attest. I have led and managed all the staffing requirements for the whole team, except for the technical personnel. Mentoring or coaching is also part of the responsibilities. A team that is well taken care of is a team that has what it takes to deliver over and above expectations, and I am able to make that happen.
My current dual roles have prepared me for this exciting opportunity and I am looking forward to it.
