Cherryl Analene Jumalon

Im Cherryl Analene Jumalon, and I graduated with a degree in Architecture from Western Mindanao State University. After that, I worked at Creative Lines, an architectural design firm, for five years as an architectural AutoCAD designer. I then worked for Sykes Asia, providing technical support for AT&T customers for about 3 years. AT&T has been known for being an Internet, email, anti virus, and networking solution provider. Following that, I currently work for Lexmark R&D corp as a Word Wide Level 3 software support.

Since 2011 I have worked as a technical support agent. Starting as a Level 1 agent and eventually becoming a Word Wide Software Level 3. I mostly collaborate with System Engineers, Resellers, Product Specialists L2 across various geographies, and Lexmark Sales Representatives in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific. I also collaborate on field problem solutions with BSD, ASP, and Lexmark partners. Must take responsibility for the issue escalation.
