Prepare full set account, review and monitor debtors and creditor ledger and monthly debtor’s and creditor ageing. Prepare payment Voucher, key in data entry into UBS accounting system. Provide daily, weekly and monthly financial reports, prepare and maintain monthly cash flow projection, Bank reconciliation. Liaise with external contacts such as Auditor, company secretary, banker and so on to assure smooth operation of the Finance. Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
