I began working in BPO at the age of 20 and am still doing so. My current work encouraged me to explore my full potential and taught me that there are endless opportunities for me to put my skills to use. As a member of a Quality Analyst team, I had the opportunity to deal with a variety of clients and meet their expectations. I would want to offer my services in the projects of improving customer experience and delivering mastered emails.

Ive been trained for a variety of programs that work on several platforms. From the Financial Technology program, I worked as a customer service representative, email support, and a customer service representative in the Loan and Leasing and Delivery Services programs. After four years as a customer service representative, I was promoted to Quality Assurance Analyst due to my performance.
