I am currently associated with Blutech Consulting as a part of their Human Resource Team. I have always loved to make people happy, feel valued, and solve problems. This led me to build the career of my dreams. I would love to continue to advance my career in HR further.
In my current role at Blutech Consulting, I have gained extensive experience in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top candidates in a variety of industries. And I am mostly working on senior level profiles as I have a proven track record of building strong relationships with both clients and candidates and excel at identifying and presenting the best fit for open positions
Beyond my administrative and organizational skills, I am an excellent problem solver. I understand the importance of being able to work autonomously in a fast paced HR environment, all the while maintaining a strong approach that is friendly towards both management as well as the employees I assist.
