About Me
I worked with the BPO industry/field for more than 10 years. Mostly on customer service and Tech support roles. I can type 50WPM and can work on most data entry services with precision and accuracy. I can easily talk/chat with irate customers. Since i worked for the escalations team. I can multitask and finish the job in a timely manner. And updating clients through email and chat. We also remotely access customer/employees computer to check the error they are getting. Passwords resets are also done for employees through Active Directory. And emailing clients for the error and issues we have encountered. Specifically, I am highly skilled in: Assisting customer with IT related issues software and hardware. Knowledge in MS Excel and Word. Accuracy is my biggest virtue, for that reason, I have been commended on the quality of my work 90% of the time. I am always being assigned to tasks that is usually done by my Managers.
