I have a year of experience in the IT Help Desk Specialist job aside from the 5 years of experience as a Technical Support, where my responsibilities are technical support, handling and fixing the problems with the hardware and software, help desk ticket management. I know Windows and macOS. I have also used remote support tools to help people. It has also entailed getting involved in software rollouts, network upgrades and so on, not forgetting that I have had to be involved in constant communication with the users across the levels ranging from technical to strictly business levels of users.
