About Me
Ive been in the BPO industry for almost 3 years. My first BPO was Sitel wherein I handled AT&T and DirecTV at the same time. My role was to assist customers with their inquiries, billing, sales, cross selling, upselling products and services, technical troubleshooting and appointment setting. I have also handled Financial Account CITI BANK when I transferred to Concentrix. My role was to assist customers with their debit/credit cards including disputes on unauthorized charges after a few months I was then transferred to CITI Bank Fraud Deposit wherein my role was to analyze, investigate and review check deposits.
