As a Human Resources Officer, I work with a team of HR professionals to provide administrative support and services to over 500 employees. I handle employee records and record keeping, absence management, disciplinary issues, and training coordination, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws.
I have a National Certificate N6 in Human Resource Management from Orbit Tvet College, and I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource Management Practices from LabourNet, to enhance my skills and knowledge in the HR field.
