Im a product of Business Process Outsourcing since 2014 and was able to handle international accounts such as Comcast, PayPal and Morgan Stanley as Customer/Client Support and with Stripe as Email Support Analyst.
Being with the industry for almost a decade, I am eager to expand my knowledge and skill sets. There may be things that I am not yet familiar with but having my initiative to research and get the job done is one of my best qualities.
With my years of experience, I am confident enough to handle jobs such as identifying client or customer needs, phone support inbound and outbound, and responding to clients on a timely manner. I can also perform admin tasks that includes text communication, email, paper works, chat supports and many more. I believe that I have the edge to be a Virtual Assistant, even though, I will be working remotely offshore. I will raise the value of integrity in my work. I always aim to exceed expectations and I consider myself as an advocate of growth.
