About Me

Hello,

I have been working in the Customer Service field for 5 years with different companies in Mauritius. I'm the first contact that the client/customer has with the company as I speak French with a European accent. I also speak English and Mauritian Creole, which is a big plus to communicate with local residents. Besides dealing with customers in first person most of my work is done by email and by phone Incoming and outgoing calls. I reply to customers inquiries and also contact them to follow up depending on the campaign I'm working on. I use Excel to save all the data and do statistics Weekly, Mothly, etc...

I'm very human in my approach to the customer/client that's why most of the time I have been chosen to be the first contact. I deal with everyone with a different approach depending on the situation, but always keeping a professional structure. I'm a fast learner that is really motivated to prove my efficiency and to improve my experience.
