In a generation where we faces different problems and failures, I always see the brighter side in each negative situations I am in as I am aiming to help my clients in facing their struggles and problems with less burden and conduct a step by step outline in solving each obstacles.

As a general virtual assistant, I am trained to do various administrative tasks such as scheduling their appointments, answering their emails as well as creating presentation materials according to their instructions. Conducting research and organize their business data and files/documents, interacting with customers and/or clients as well as generating leads and creating relevant contents and simple graphic designs for their social media accounts/ads.

For years of working in different companies, I have developed my communication and understanding skills that helps me to have a better relationship with my collogues as well as my superiors.
