In my previous job, I have experience working in sales and as a Video Observation proctor in a Telehealth company based in the US. I have experience doing Inbound and outbound calls making and setting appointments with clients, helping clients get on board, and helping with clients inquiries and concerns. In my previous job, we offered COVID 19 testing Services, we also conducted video observation assistance for patients taking self administered COVID 19 testing.

In my previous job experiences, I have developed my skills and talents I do love multitasking, working with less supervision, and learning new things in my work to help myself to improve my skills. I love creating good relationships with clients and customers and providing good customer service. I can work under pressure. I am good at both social and communication skills.
