Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a BA Degree in Management from Arba Minch University on 11 July[removed]Also, I am MA Students of Addis Ababa University in Tourism Management. I have taken a wide range of courses that makes me ready to take responsibility and to contribute my part. Also, I am graduate of Ethiopian Airlines School of Marketing and I have taken Falcon Reservation and Ticketing Training. Also, I have taken Ale tea Amadeus training with Qatar Airways, Travel Sky GDS System with Air China, Galileo in Galileo Ethiopia Aviation Academy and Sabre GDS with Ethiopian Airlines and Gulf Air. In addition, I have written and published three books which are collection of poems and a Novel book in Amharic language.
I worked in Ethiopian Airlines, Gulf Air, International Cargo & Aviation Services, and Air China Limited. I have around 9 years’ airlines and 1-year hotel industry experience in different areas. Currently i am working as General Manager in Douglas Travel Agency.
