I will describe myself as a high achieving strategically focused Senior IT Support/Team Lead with track records in achievement within this industry.
Over the years, I have led and transformed difficult tasks and manage teams I have also implemented change by preparing the IT device usage policy for the organization. In my last role, I implemented the rebranding of the imolesms software and oversaw the development and deployment of the software to clients. I have also trained over 20 users and onboarded 6 schools and assisted them with all the support that is needed to operate efficiently. I have also assisted in leading the team in setting up the ICT lab for SSGS and also trained their staff on ICT usage.
I ensure that all IT gadgets are running and functioning well and also use the type of leadership where everyone will be free to share his or her opinion on matters and help my team members reach their potential
