Throughout my career, I have been involved in various projects, from working with ERP/HR, Agribusiness projects, Accounting, Core Banking, and Digital Transformation.

Highlight project: I worked on the implementation of Pix, acting as a Quality Analyst and supporting as a PO, to meet the project deadline and deliver within the timeframe stipulated by BACEN, ensuring that the client did not encounter any issues during the process.

Still in the Quality area, I took my first steps in management. I started with a team of 6 people, and we worked solely on small mobile projects. With the growth of the company, I became responsible for managing the entire software development team and also allocations, temporarily overseeing the MKT and HR teams.
