Jessa Mae Salpocial

My name is Jessa Mae Salpocial, and I am currently a fourth year student pursuing a Bachelor of Special Needs Education at Holy Cross of Davao College, Inc.

I have two months of professional experience as a Junior Agent at iQor Philippines. During my tenure there, I provided exceptional customer service through various channels, effectively communicated with clients to understand their needs and inquiries, and efficiently resolved customer issues. My role required strong teamwork and collaboration skills, and I was successful in managing my workload effectively while contributing to the achievement of team goals.

In terms of soft skills, I am proficient with computer literacy, customer relationship management, and decision making capabilities. I am flexible and open to learning, always seeking to improve and adapt to new challenges.
