Hi, My name is Melanie Dela Cruz. I have worked for 16years in a private school in the Philippines. I became a HR Specialist and became a facilitator/personnel of Internet Laboratory with the same company. And in those years, i have been continuously building both my personal and professional capabilities that will enhance and develop my skills and that would give me a great career development.

I am honestly open to change my career path and I want to explore on a new industry where can i challenge myself to be of help to the company and contribute with my experiences during those years of my career.

I am a dedicated, self motivated and trustworthy person. I am also someone who has positive work ethics. I am hard working and can do multi task. I do daily task list and decides which i will prioritize base on what the company needs. I can resolve problems and issues in a professional manner.
