Since 2015, Ive been a Virtual Assistant for entrepreneurs from the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. Before that, I was a Quality & Training Assurance Associate at a BPO company. Starting as an ESL teacher, I transitioned to Virtual Assistance.

My diverse skills come from self study, research, and working with various clients. I offer support across industries, from basic to critical tasks.

I have experience as an Operations Manager in Event Ticket Brokerage, Real Estate, Forex Trading, and Digital Marketing.

Despite my skills, Im eager to learn more. As an Operations Manager, I excel in organization and problem solving. By streamlining processes, I free up clients to focus on their business.

As a clients support system, I dive into their operations, delivering exceptional service. My goal is to help clients succeed while balancing work and family.
