In my 2 year experience in the BPO, I have worked in different line of business. My very first brand to work with was an antivirus software company that offers services. As a sales representative and customer service I interact directly with customers to address their inquiries. I help them figure out the type of virus they might have in their computer to provide the right services. I also become a part of a big online shopping company where I handled both chat and phone calls. We provide information about the status of the customers order and also the shipment update. Sometimes I connect with the third party sellers in behalf of the customers to extend my assistance which may help them with the better resolution. After that, I followed my passion and became a midwife, where I had the honor of helping families through some of their most important moments.
