I have a Bachelors Degree in Economics.

I am very experienced in running a business.
In my last job I was a project manager for outbound/inbound call center agents.
My role was to help management to ensure and supervise the production of the team and send management a daily & weekly report on agents’ performance. Provide constructive feedback to agents and find ways to improve performance. Interview new candidates and taking active part in training new agents
The most important value at work for me is my commitment, if I have it whatever obstacle I will be facing that commitment will find ways to get me through any obstacle.
Im always positive and I can always compose myself, I dont give in to pressure.
Outside of work, in my spare time, I really enjoy Family time, training horses, and Crypto Trading.
