My name is Tinni, working online as a Customer service/Tech support representative, Sales executive, and Virtual Assistant for various clients for 9 years now. These works include processing orders using Oberlo, Shopify Dropified, eBay, and Aliexpress apps. Answering emails and chats using different CRMs and tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Monday.com, Click up, Gmail and Zoho, Livechat and Intercom. I was also exposed to doing title optimization using Zik Analytics, title builder, and perfect list sites.

Before joining the online industry, my experiences include serving as a financial officer in credit card applications for Bank of America, technical support for Dell computers which deals with both hardware and software support to the consumers, IT helpdesk which helps users in both Marriot hotels, and Damco shipping lines. I have also been the operations supervisor in a Singaporean company that deals with web designing, web developing, email marketing, and Sales CRM.
