About Me
My previous role is a Solution Specialist at an MSP company in San Juan City. I learned a lot of software IT tools such as cloud platform Microsoft Azure, Virtual Machines, data protection backup and recovery, operating systems and many more. I also enhanced my soft skills such as in problem solving skills, as I was troubleshooting softwares on our testing environment and helping clients issues; detail oriented, and adaptability.
I am a person who loves to learn and focusing in enhancing my skills and knowlegde, not just for my professional growth but also to contribute my skills to the company and clients, and share my knowledge as well to the team I will be working on.
I am currently pursuing Google IT Support Professional Certificate to deepen my knowledge more about IT.
I want to add positive impact to the company and to become part of a company who values their employees and clients, as well.
