My core competencies include in depth knowledge of IT and networking principles, protocols, and technologies, proficiency in system administration, configuration, and maintenance, strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. I have demonstrated these skills by working on various projects involving virtualization, backup and recovery, cloud computing, storage solutions, active directory, cybersecurity, and VoIP phone systems.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication and Networking from COMSATS University, where I gained a solid foundation in the theory and practice of communication and network engineering. I also possess several industry recognized certifications, such as VMware vSphere, VCP DCV, VCP NV, CCNA, Azure, Google IT Support Professional Certificate and others, that attest to my technical expertise and continuous learning.
