Now a short background about my work experience, I have foundation knowledge and experience as a field researcher for a Private Marketing Research Company here in the Philippines, my tasks consist of visiting different provinces to conduct surveys on how a certain brand performs on a particular location. I also have experience as a Team Leader in a call center company, handling 12 agents, my day to day tasks consist of managing my team KPIs, doing quality audits, daily coaching sessions, administrative work, and reporting.

In my role, Ive been managing teams and ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. I strongly believe in creating a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and encouraged to excel.
