I serve as a Real Time Specialist for Global Workforce Management. My task includes real time support with the operations.
Im handling 2 programs from Canada and Mexico with more than 100+ agents and Im directly communicating with the team leaders and clients. My tasks also include sending reports every 4 hours, coordinating with different departments during
program outages until the issue has been fixed, ensuring all emails will be answered in a timely manner and all our files are updated on One drive. I also facilitate meetings with the operations via MS Teams to discuss their current performance.
I also have a billing background as I have previously worked for collections and billing for Comcast. I have a finance background as I have worked for KeyBank, a regional bank, as an account executive for demand deposits account. Lastly, I have technical background experience as I have worked for Logitech Harmony remotes.
