I obtained a Master of Laws LL.M degree from Rajshahi University with a major in Law. Since February 2018, I have been working at TORAY Industries Inc in Japan as a Senior Manager in the Admin & HR department. Prior to this role, I served as a Compliance Auditor at Norwest Industries BD Ltd, an international apparel sourcing company, for 6 years. During this time, I conducted approximately 500 Ethical, 250 Security, and 50 Technical audits at garment manufacturing units in Bangladesh. I played a key role in ensuring ethical sourcing for well known buyers such as Next, George, Walmart, Tesco, and Target. I also gained experience as an HR Officer at AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd for 3 years. My career began as a Monitoring & Research Officer in an ADR Alternative Dispute Resolution project with DANIDA & Banchte Shekha, a local NGO.
