Hello. My name is Carla. I am born and raised in the Philippines. I graduated from the Lyceum of the Philippines University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. For the past few years, Ive dedicated to the world of Customer Service. Ive had the privilege to help other people with their concerns, inquiries and find solution while providing customer satisfaction. Ive learned the importance of communication, problem solving and empathy. Ive handled my familys beach resort for 2 years where I was able to utilize my customer service skills as well. I was also an Appointment Setter for quite some time. Beyond my professional work experience, I am passionate about cooking. I love cooking meals for my family and friends.
