My name is Ren Albert Chozas. I am 34 years old and currently residing in San Pablo City, Laguna.

I started working as a customer service representative way back 2008 right after I graduated from my first course. I have worked for a company as a telephone banker servicing one of the largest banks in the United States. After being acquired by a different company, I was transferred to a different client, servicing a credit card company which is also based in the United States. My primary responsibility has been to assist customers with inquiries about their credit cards, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.

After a few months, a client within the same company, required several employees to be transferred to a different account handling a life insurance company based in the United States, and I was one of the few lucky ones who got selected.
