My role as a customer service representative is answering customers queries about their bills, processing payment and setting up payment arrangements, checking the status of their orders, etc. Learning new things keeps my mind engaged to be more active. It helps me to get new and knowledge based perspectives. It helps me to gain new experiences and trains me to handle a wide range of challenges. I am an enthusiast and a person full of curiosity. Curious to know what life is all about and what it holds in the future. Thus, I am looking to discover new skills that are very useful in my future work with your company and be more productive while caring for my family. I am result oriented, constantly checking in to determine how close or how far away I am and what it will take to achieve my goal.
