Customer Service has been a great journey, passion and my lifes work. from a first job as a Sales Representatives of electronics to a Customer Care Representative that managed Mobile Money Statements, Financial Transactions, First hand delivery general enquires, Data Assistant Representative, Acting Team Leader and CLF Closed Loop Feedback brought into existence skills that proved in the first two years of employment the capabilities and skillsets of being able to manage and work in any open environment regardless the Job description.
Over the time, not just standing out as a top performer with a stank ranking of above 4.5 as a rating and stood out between A and B in team player, a position of a Skills Development Champion was an achievement i was given.
Over the last 1 year, job responsibilities has like new entrants Trainings, LnD trainings and workshops engagement has equipped me to go above and beyond expectations.
