Sheryle Van Den Dungen

I am a dedicated professional based in Davao, Philippines, with over four years of
experience across various roles, including Virtual Assistant, Team Lead Manager, Customer
Service Representative, and Front Desk Attendant. My expertise spans sales, marketing,
client service, and quality assurance, with a strong background in the billing and tax
department. I have also contributed to Project Phoenix, which highlights my focus on
delivering customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Recently, I returned to
university to pursue a degree in Sociology, which I am set to complete in 2025.
During my internship, I had the opportunity to work with two impactful NGOs—Forum Ziviler
Friedensdienst e.V. Forum Civil Peace Service and Coffee for Peace in Mindanao—where I
further developed my skills in community engagement and conflict resolution. My career
thus far reflects my passion for service, leadership, and making a positive impact both in the
workplace and in my community.
