Im an experienced customer service representative before becoming part of the leadership team as an operations supervisor for more than 5 years in my BPO career. I worked on a couple of projects, retail accounts, billing, hotel booking, and telecommunication accounts which are all based in the United States. I am also experienced in building strong business relationships with customers through quality resolution and great experience, have knowledge of team management, and was previously part of the leadership team developing skills and behaviors of representatives and performance management also gained a lot of achievements. Also, the things that I can put on the table are skills that I learned and adapted from my past work experience, my adaptability, effective communication, and a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues, professionalism, teamwork, in addition to that is my willingness to be trained and work with new environments, and ability to perform tasks independently
