I have total of 15 years work experience as a Customer service representative and a Medical/General virtual assistant.
Ive been in different line of business.
I work as a medical virtual assintant handling scheduling for providers, billing / collecting payments,
verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, prescription refill, doing inbound and outbound calls for patients, pharmacy, labs.
Aside from that I also works for DMEs companies in doing resupply for all durable medical equipment.
I also works in pure customer service representative for travel company and hotel accomodations, handling booking for customers.
I am very flexible, I can be a one man team, I am hardworking and easy to learn new things,
I can do the task and always making sure that it is completed before or the deadline, as much as possible I want to finish all the task early so I can help the team on the other things that needed to be done.
