Md. Shafiqul Islam is a renowned HR and Compensation professional. He has got wide range of working experience in different avenues HR such as OD, HRIS, Payroll, Compensation Survey, Recruitment, PMS HR Audit, Verification, Research in many renowned local and MNC’s. He has worked with professionals from Linde Bangladesh Ltd, University of Dhaka, GP, Robi, Brac, British American Tobacco, Avaya India. He is also a member of BSHRM and Associate Member of IPM. He has completed his Hon’s and Master’s from Govt Titumir College, and also completed PGDHRM from BIHRM and HRMC from IBA of the University of Dhaka. He also Completed Second Master’s Master of Professional Human Resource Management MPHRM at the University of Dhaka and Bachelor of Laws at Metropolis Ideal Law College. Currently he is persuading for enrollment Advocateship of Dhaka Bar Association Mr. Islam has also attended several training organized by BSHRM, Pro edge associates and BJTI on KPI, HRIS, Payroll, Income Tax, PMS,
