My name is ivy jelica c santos, 27 years old. My work experience are I have 4 years of work experience in the BPO industry at Telus company. What I do for this job is we are handling the concerns for the internet and landline services of the customers. We are also creating service orders for new customers, and I have experience as a virtual real estate assistant. My tasks are finding house leads for the client, creating contracts to pass on to the agents, and some other admin tasks.
Outside from work, I have one older sister she is already married and shes working in freelancing and the second one is my brother he is working is a BPPO industry under IT department and the third one is me, other than that, I am a pet lover. I have 2 female cats; my other female cat is pregnant, and she gave birth last week to 3 kittens. And also, I also have 2 male dogs. I also love to cooking; my specialty is chicken adobo.
