I have over 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in Billing, Sales and Technical accounts. My tasks include responding to client inquiries about their service, bill and their account in a timely manner, escalate issues as needed, managing appointments and calendar for customers setting up in store visits and/or in home appointments, compiling and evaluating data for quarterly reports in upper management, record, track and document the processes and help desk request concerns and actions taken, promptly respond to emails, handled and protect customer accounts information making sure theyre safe and secured, assist in deploying and developing communication to higher tier management and do multi tasking and data entries with CRM and other work related tools used by the company.
