​I have been working for a total of 10 years in the Human Resources field. I was first hired with Asian Vision Cable Holdings Ing as a HR Generalist and my function involved different HR Facets not limited to Recruitment, Training, Engagement, Compensation and Benefits. The company was providing scholarship opportunities to different students in the engineering and accounting field and I was part of the ensuring that the scholarships were provided to worthy students and eventually offer them to work with the company. Currently I am connected to Eastern Communications as part of the Talent Management team. I am a HR Business Partner of our commercial and support team. I have strong rapport with the hiring teams and to effectively fill in the requirements of each departments.
