I have extensive experience managing a resort in the Philippines where I honed my skills in customer service, problem solving, and team management. This role definitely required a high level of dependability and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities, from operations to guest satisfaction. I then transitioned to an Account Manager for one of the biggest eCommerce platforms in SEA. In this role, I was able to develop strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, consistently driving growth and building strong relationship with clients. Currently, I am working as a chat support agent. Despite being with the company in a short span of time, I have been consistently recognized as one of the top performing agents.
