About Me
I was a BPO Team Lead for about 6 years. I was able to lead teams who handle chat support, inbound calls and email. I was able to raise the customer satisfaction rating of the campaign through the projects that I have implemented. I have implemented a project which earned me a Lean Six Sigma Certification.
Customer Service I have a solid 13 years background in Customer Service in a BPO setting. I have handled different campaigns like telco, restaurant chain, international hotel chain and electronics and gadget store and a membership success support for a learning and development company.
Technical Support I have handled technical support for a restaurant chain.
Data Entry: I can do internet research and provide information requested by the client and ensure that its accurate.
