About Me
The Human Resources Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the HR Coordinator and contributing to the overall HR function within the organization. The incumbent is responsible for all Human Resource Management functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee transitions, Human Resources Information System HRIS management, and HR data analysis. This role provides high quality HR operational support and guidance to Concern employees, ensures effective personal file and record keeping management, and promotes the organization’s values and policy commitments. S/he will act as the custodian of the HRIS and produce HR reports to support in making effective HR related decisions within the organization, amongst others, to contribute towards having a high performing team in a highly enabling work environment.
