Im Joffrey Phillipe Castro, a Customer Service Specialist from the Philippines. I have a wide range of knowledge and skills as a Customer Service Specialist, over the last 12 years. And worked as a Virtual assistant for about 6 years.

One of my career goals is to climb up the corporate ladder by working in an environment or different projects that would help me grow as an industry professional, where I can share my ideas and experience, empower myself and at the same time be able to provide a better life for my family. I always try my best to strive for excellence in everything that I do, together with my innate eagerness to help people and my knack for continuously learning, coupled with my passion, can do attitude and never afraid to roll up my sleeves on the work at hand. My core competencies lie in providing quality, compliant and world class customer service that I trained and honed for years, my grit, integrity and respect for others and their diversity.
