Iam freelancer consultant & associated in new business development & technical improvements of castings, forgings Valves. Iam having experience in handling the tool & die designs for foundry & forgings with the latest technology of 3D printing.
Apart from this i had been experienced in cost reduction by optimisation of processes, productivity improvement and kaizens. Iam having experience in transformational management drives for organisational improvements by implementing the 5S,TPM,TQM systems.
I will conduct the training programs for improving the skill sets of workman and competencies of managers.

Previously the expert was allied with Kirloskar ferrous industries ltd as Senior General manager handling the castings new business development and R&D actvities from 2002 to 2023.The expert was head of Techser tools pvt ltd Pune in design, development and tooling manufacturing from 1995 to 2002.Earlier to this the expert had worked in forging industries in various departments.
