Hello! Im Vaishali Naikade, and Im really happy to be here. Ive been working in software development for about 7 years, and Ive had the chance to work on some cool projects.

I started as a Junior Software Developer, where I learned the ropes by creating applications for managing ships and properties. These early experiences taught me the basics of making useful software.

As I moved forward, I got involved in bigger projects. One project Im proud of is creating an online system for giving out loans at Web Werks. It wasnt just about writing code; it was about fixing issues, helping users, and making things better.

In my recent job at ENEM DIGISOFT, I led the development of a new project called the Death Claim System. It was a big challenge, but I enjoyed it. I also managed a small team of developers.

I believe in teamwork. At Pinnacle Technologies, I worked on projects for HDFC Bank, making sure different parts of the bank could work together smoothly.
