I started to work in Business Process outsourcing since 2007 as telemarketer for catalog account and ended as Associate manager for AMAZON account after showing too much dedication and hardwork. As Associate manager, I am responsible in setting clear team goals, oversee day-to-day operation, discover training needs and provide coaching. Spending years in this kind of business made me become extremely familiar with responsibilities associated in any role and can perform them confidently.
