I am a qualified chartered Accountant, have been working with BSR & Co LLP KPMG Chartered Accountants as a senior executive for statutory audit and other assignments. I have total 5 years of experience Including article ship of 3 years in which I acted as both team member and team leader. I was primarily engaged in the statutory audit of companies and other concerns and contributed in various assignments related to listing process such as the audit of restated financial statements, comfort letters by auditors and was part of DRHP team. I am exposed to IGAAP Including IndAS, USGAAP and IFRS.

I have also been involved in cash flow analysis and DCF valuation for several purposes. During the tenure, I have also computed purchase consideration for slump sale transaction between inter group transaction. I have developed strong analytical skills by analysing financial statements on various assignments. I have won KUDOs for the very first assignment performed in KPMG
