I am writing to apply for an opening job role of BIM Architect
Previously, I was responsible for the technical support to major Hospital project teams with respect to BIM and CAD software primary focus on Autodesk tools however typically this will involve the latest versions of Revit, autocad, Navisworks, sketchup, lumion and enscape
I reviewed the requirements of the job opening and I believe my candidacy is an excellent fit for this position. Some of the key requirements that I have extensive experience with include:
· Experience in designing various residential projects
· Strong communications skills – written, oral, and listening – with both technical and non technical audiences
· Advanced skills using Autodesk Building Design suite AutoCad, Revit, Navisworks, Lumion & enscape
·BIM implementation planning experience
·Proficiency with Revit Design or coordination
·Creating a simplified model with required LOD
·Assist the BIM Manager to make Audit report
