Wallace Bernardes

My name is Wallace Bernardes and I have been working with product/project management, open innovation and corporate innovation for the last 5 years of my professional career. During this period, I had the opportunity to coordinate several startup national and international projects, hackathons, design thinking workshops, ideas prioritization workshops, activities to foster a culture of innovation among employees and, of course, develop innovation products that most of the time originated from the ideation activities described above. For an efficient and assertive management of these projects, in addition to traditional tools, such as MS Project, I also used agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum. It is worth mentioning that of the 5 years of experience mentioned above, the last 3 were spent outside Brazil. Finally, I believe that my professional experience, combined with the international experience that I have had the pleasure of experiencing, could add a lot to the position.
