I earned a Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration, which provided me with a solid foundation in logistics and international trade. My career began as an Import Assistant and Logistics Assistant at a freight forwarding company, where I gained hands on experience in the industry. Later, I transitioned to remote work and have been working from home for the past five years. I started as an ESL tutor, earning my TEFL certificate, which fueled my passion for teaching. Curiosity drove me to explore virtual assistance, leading me to take various online courses and earn certifications in Virtual Assistance, Shopify Freelancing, Facebook Ads, Social Media Management, and WordPress.
