My name is Yolanda Turno currently residing in Valenzuela City. I finished my College degree at Philippine Womens University took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
My first call center experienced was in Teleperformance. My first account was TurboTax Intuit as a customer service representative, voice, email and chat support. Since its a seasonal account, I was assigned at Sprint Telco, inbound calls, handling customers inquiry, like billing, phone services, charges. Like in Turbotax, I also do upselling., then got promoted as a Technical Support Rep. and was transferred at Verizon ISP. Handled customers technical problems about their internet, hardware and software issues of their equipment. Do also upselling, Then applied at Concentrix and luckily I was hired and my position was TSR tier1, tier2, tier3 then became a Subject Matter Expert, handling HP Printers. As an SME I handled 20 agents, helping them technical trouble shootings, software and hardware.
